The data that the customer enters during the execution of an electronic payment, are not checked or processed or stored by www.kokefashioshop.gr but by the respective provider and \/ or payment server. In case a refund is required, it will be made by the store in the same way as the customer paid the price, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without culpable or unjustified delay.<\/p>\n

Risk transfer – Retention of ownership
\nResponsibility for the products is transferred to the user once he or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, has acquired physical ownership or control of the products. Any delivered goods remain the property of the store until the final, full and complete payment of the price to it.
\nSale exclusively to end users-consumers
\nThe goods available from the store are intended and sold exclusively to consumers as end users. Further sale of the goods by the users for commercial purposes is not allowed. The store expressly reserves all its rights, including the explicit non-acceptance of purchase offers which give the impression that it was made for the purpose of further commercialization of the goods.<\/p>\n
Right of withdrawal \/ Product return
\nThe customer, who is a natural person exclusively and prepares the sale for personal use, is entitled to withdraw from the sale, according to Law 2251\/1994, as amended by JMC Z1-891 \/ 2013, returning the product to its original situation, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, charged on the one hand with the return costs on the other hand with any reduction of the value of the products. The consumer should manage every product he receives in the way he would manage and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. Managing a product that is different from the description above will not be accepted. In this case, the consumer will be charged with the reduction of the value of a product or, in some cases, with its total value, if the management by him exceeds the acceptable measure, resulting in damage or disuse.
\nIn case of return, according to the above, the customer is obliged to have the receipt of payment and the shipping code of the goods as well as to fill in the return form found on the website.
\nIn a similar way, the customer will be able to return the product in order to change its size or color or even its type, also at the expense of return costs.
\nFinal provisions
\nThese general terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that arises and which stems from the contractual relationship between the store and the customer, the competent Courts of Thessaloniki are responsible for resolving it. In the event of non-implementation of any term of this Agreement, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
